Reflexology
Reflexology therapies are natual therapeutic methods derived from the principle that there are reflexes in the body that map to other parts, glands, and organs. Through the application of pressure on these reflexes using specific hand and finger techniques, reflexology therapy can: relieve tension, improve blood circulation, and support the body's efforts to function optimally.
Reflexology sessions begin with:
  1. An explanation on how Reflexology works.
  2. You will be placed in a relaxing position on a massage table.
  3. The Reflexology Therapist may work one or several localized areas: the ears, face, feet, hands, etc.
Reflexology is safe for everyone, although pressure and length of sessions may vary for babies, the aged, or the extremely ill.
